Woman INpowered (WIP) is a simple, easy-to-learn, yet devastatingly effective self-INpowerment system which provides women with knowledge, expertise and tools to protect themselves if they’re ever in imminent danger.

The WIP system was developed by Mark Grobbelaar, who holds a 6^th Dan in karate. WIP was used by Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters to thwart hijackers. Alison Botha who, over 20 years ago, was raped, disembowelled and left for dead by two attackers, endorses WIP, and all women are encouraged to learn it.
